Be Brave - a tag

A tag I've made for a few chalenges:
The mini challenge at More Than Words, to use the word 'brave' on a tag, a card or ATC:
The color palette at Lindy's Stamp Gang:
The moodboard at Creative Embellishments:
I was inspired by the colors of blue, green and yellow, and I've used an arrows stamp on the background.
I've made this tag, using mixed media techniques, and some of the gorgeous Lindy's Stamp Gang products, and some wonderful products of Prima/ Finnabair.
I really loved the colors from the Lindy's challenge, but from all the month's colors I only had the Delphinium Turquoise. I add green by using Greased Lightnin' Green, which was close enough to the green on the palette. But I wanted more, so I had to be a little creative to mix colors. I used Cafe au Lait with Wild Honeysuckle coral, to mimic the Orange Creamsicle, which I didn't have. I think I did a good job, and I hope it goes for the challenge.
Other products that I've used: rust effect paste (gold), acrylic paint sparks (Dragon's Eye), Art Basics 3D gloss gel, Art Basics white heavy gesso, Ranger's Archival Ink (sepia), TH distress (vintage photo), TH mask, micro beads, Prima's flowers and dew drops.
I also die cut some gears, using a Memory Box die, and add some metalic embellishments.
Here're some close-ups:

I've made a video, start to finish:

Stationery notebook from scratch with Graphic 45 papers

Front cover
Back cover
Here's a stationery notebook I've made from scratch with Graphic 45 papers, from A Portrait of Lady collection. I've made it for a good friend of mine, a co-worker, who just retiered from work.
The basis for the cover was made out of cereal boxes, covered with black cs, and decorated with these beatiful feminine papers.
The closer is with a magnet, and I added some die-cuts made with my big shot. I wanted the cover to remain flat, so it will be easy to put it into the nandbag without damaging it.
In the inside, I made a pocket for notes, with a mini calendar on it, plus a stick-it notes holder and a place for a writing pad.

I would like to enter it to the challenge at Mini Album Makers

Last week was Jewish New Year, and I've made some cards to give as a present to a very good friend of mine.
I used pre-made white cs basis, and decorated it with pp, embelies and stamped labels from my September Counterfeit Kit:

Keep calm and make art - mixed media notebook cover

This is side one of an altered notebook cover I've made, with lots of mixed media techniques and mediums.
Here are some close-ups:

I would like to enter it to the August challenge at Mixed Media & Art blog, with this fab moodboard:
I was inspired by the colors of green, brown, black and some touches of gold. I was also inspired by the mystic atmosphere of the photos on the moodboard.
I would also like to enter it to September challenge at Off The Rails Scrapbooking, which is a steampunk moodboard:
Another challenge I would like to enter this altered notebook cover, is 'Anything mixed media goes', at Mixed Media World.
I loved the rustic style and the clocks on the moodboard.

Learn from the kids - a lo

most wanted at CSI

This is a lo I've made for case file 237 at CSI:
The photo was taken on April 2016, on our visit at Disneyland in Paris. By that time, my boys have already introduced me to the world of the Superheros (Marvel, DCComics), and I was totaly swept away with this world. Something I've learned from my kids :).
My clues to solve the case were:
Scheme - all 5 colors.
Sketch by The Nifty Pixel - checked.
Evidence - grid pattern, stripes, labels & washi tape.
Testimony - I've documented something I've learned from my kids.
The background was made using 13@rt mist and TH distress ink, mixed and diluted with water, and a Kaisercraft stamp, with a grid pattern.
